Kyo is the type of guy who likes to be left alone, not to be bothered. It's a lot easier that way, since he always tries to act like everything’s okay, which is really easy when there’s no one around to trick. He keeps to him self most the time, more like all the time. His problems are his problems, he doesn't see the need to let other people know of them, it's not like he needs help or anything. At the very least, that's how he views it, most would think having others to fall back on would be a good thing, but he thinks it'd be a sign of weakness. So instead of relying on others, he keeps everything bottled up, which causes him to have quite a short fuse. However, he tries to keep calm, a losing battle most the time. A real straight-edge, he tries to avoid doing anything frowned upon, but sometimes the stress gets to him and he smokes. Not that he lets anyone know, no way.
Perfect; that is what he tries to be. He tries not to do anything that'd be considered "bad" or upset anyone, which is incredibly difficult and he slips up constantly. Being perfect isn't possible, but that doesn't mean he doesn't try. It's the reason he hides all his problems and refuses help, he doesn't think the perfect person would have any problems or need assistance. So he pretends that's how he is, shouldering everything by himself since he doesn't want to bother others and doesn't want people to think he's weak. It's a problem in itself really, not that he'll admit it. He would rather not admit anything that's wrong with him, he wants people to think he has no flaws. Truth be told, he doesn't want to admit to himself that he has problems either, he's in denial even though he knows what's wrong with him. Maybe if he ignores the flaws long enough, they'll go away?
