PERSONALITY:
Lynx Romano is the demonic spawn of Lucifer himself. Just kidding - except not really. Lynx is one of those extraordinary people that you only get a chance to meet once in a lifetime. Sort of like a shooting star - if you look away for just a second, you might miss him altogether. Granted, those who do get a chance to see Lynx shine, don't always see him in the brightest of lights.[/b]: Peanut butter, being an assface, women, flirting, being a complete total nerd for stupid things, pokemon cards, sleeping in late, loud music, cats, disgusting jokes, art, compliments, sarcasm, children (in a non-perverted way), animal rights, acting childish, highly caloric foods (and you wonder how he's so skinny), playing sports - specifically tennis, basketball and soccer.
Lynx isn't what you would call "normal"; sure he looks and acts the part of a normal high school boy - constantly acting out, getting in trouble... the usual. But there's something about Lynx that draws peoples' eyes to him - maybe it's the unusual name or the fact that he's rarely seen without a chipper smile on his face, it's hard not to stop and stare at the teen even for just a second. Though it seems like Lynx is in constant need of attention, his ulterior motives are far different than just a desire for social acceptance. Lynx strives not for how many people like him, but for how strong his bond with his friends is. And Lynx will do anything - go to the edge of the earth and back, jump off a cliff, give his life - for each and every one of his closest friends.
Unlike most teenagers, Lynx is incapable of holding back the way he feels about people - pretending he likes or dislikes someone isn't something Lynx is good at. He has no trouble with being completely upfront about how he feels towards the people around him. If Lynx doesn't like someone, he will say it straight to their face without hesitation. He also finds it incredibly childish when people want to confide in him about their hate towards others. Not to mention, he's absolutely horrible at keeping secrets, unless they're the kind one can easily toss into the deepest recesses of their mind and forget for years upon years - otherwise he has quite a bit of trouble keeping his big fat mouth shut.
While Lynx may sometimes struggle with his "keep mouth shut" button, he is not only an amazing friend, but a great shoulder to cry on, and source of laughter. Not to mention, a crazy-ass weirdo who will stop at nothing to make sure you're constantly reminded of the friendship you share with the bastard. He finds fun in trolling and pranking his friends - the worse the pranks get, the stronger the bond.
But despite how truly wonderful Lynx can be, not everyone can see the good within him - himself included. While he may act like Mr. High-And-Mighty-Arrogant-Bastard with the rest of the world, Lynx isn't really as conceited as he lets people believe. Though he may not think of himself as completely worthless, Lynx doesn't believe he fits in with the rest of society, either. While most teenage boys fight for attention in the conventional way of acting out, Lynx doesn't care for social acceptance in that way. Instead, Lynx strives for attention in a whole other way - he will (unbeknownst to his parents) shamelessly whore himself out to anyone - both in school and out - who will give him the time of day. Though Lynx defends his acts as nothing but "fun and games", he's fully aware that by letting others use him, he's able to fill the hole in his heart where love is typically found.
DISLIKES: "girl-language", when girls send mixed messages, creepy people, pet-abusers, his parents catholic views, eating most meat, boredom, hearing about girl-problems.
