FIVE YEARS OF KHS!

I still remember the very first anniversary... and while we've been on multiple sites, and not all of the original members of Konoha High School are still alive and well today (I'm fairly certain quite a few have, sadly, dropped off the RP-radar for good...). Anyway. I want to share with the world (and because it took hours to compile them all) every banner Konoha High School has gone through. Well, every banner that belongs to me, of course. There were a couple of others made by other people, but, naturally, I don't have access to those anymore.

So, here we go - a tribute to Konoha High School and it's five years of memories I will never forget. Most of these are in order. So, enjoy~!

v 1.0 - Actually, I don't think there was a banner for this skin, so here's the only image I have remembering it: the affiliate button link

Second skin

Third Skin - this was actually made because I'd been spending so much time on KHS instead of doing homework, that I decided to trick my dad and create a skin that was black and white and completely text-based so he wouldn't be able to tell the difference between KHS and any school-related web page. I have to say, as stupid as that sounds, it really did work for quite some time (:

Fourth-ish skin - I think there were some other non-banner skins as well... but this skin here was the first skin I ever made using Adobe Photoshop (albeit, a shitty version of the program. But still).


v 2.0 - The Aftermath - TA was the second KHS site made. I was forced to make the banner in school, with zero access to Photoshop. Thus the crappy-ness you see in front of you.


v 3.0 - Graffiti skin 1 - Version 3 was the beginning of my Graffiti-themed obsession. This was also the second time opening the original site. After all, TA could never surpass the original KHS.

Graffiti skin 2 - This here is actually one of my top favorite banners for KHS. Despite being made in a timeperiod when I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, the amazing graffiti-look was pretty damn epic.

Graffiti skin 3 - Not a particularly great skin. This was the skin that was up when KHS was first copied by another site. Word for flipping word.

Graffiti skin 4 - A revamp of graffiti skin 1. It was up for about a year, and used both then and when the original site opened a while later.


v 4.0 - Skin 1 Yet another site dedicated to the love of Konoha High School. This one, however, took a bit of a dark turn when the school's headmaster was found murdered on his office floor... This first skin also kept up the good ole Graffiti theme from v3.

Skin 2 - This one was made half by me and half by my bestest friend in the entire world. His name is Blu. He's amazing. He taught me the beauty of skinning (: Also, the name was temporarily changed to "Unspoken Rules & Murder Mysteries" to go along with the site plot.

Skin 3 banner 1 & banner 2 - these two banners shared one skin, if memory serves.


v 5.0 - When We Were Young... Actually, I'm missing a banner here, since I didn't make this one... but, yeah... It was pink and green and white. Quite pretty, if you ask me. We're back at the original site address for this one!!

v. 5.1 - There was a short period of time between this and v 5.0... though it was the same site&plot.


v 6.0 - Banner 1 - KHS returned again last November in celebration of four years. Still at the original url, we went back to one of the first plots ever created for KHS... the rivalry between Konoha and Suna. Ah, good times.

Banner 2 - Probably one of my favorite skins ever. I couldn't let this baby go, and you can still see it up at the original KHS url (here).


v 7.0 - This brings us all the way here to this pretty little site... Our seventh and final version of the site... the very skin you're staring at right now.

OTHER KONOHA HIGH SCHOOL BASED SITES & THEIR BANNERS

MASANORI ACADEMY BANNER 1 & BANNER 2 & BANNER 3 - I didn't actually create this site... but I played my signature character (three guesses who) and did all of the layouts. There was actually a skin before these three... I just can't remember where it went.

NARUTO COLLEGE YEARS - Not exactly high school based, but it's close enough.

SMILE LIKE YOU MEAN IT - Average-Joe Naruto high school with a little bit of a Mean Girls twist...

LETS ROCK - in which the main characters were a part of a band.

FIGHTING CHANCE - I don't actually remember this one too well...

AGE OF THE DEMON HUNTER BANNER 1 & BANNER 2 - Despite the name, this site was actually a Naruto site which centered around a high school where both demons and demon hunters collided...

AKATSUKI HIGH - A parody of KHS...

UNUSED KHS BANNER 1 & UNUSED KHS BANNER 2 - A couple of skin ideas that were thrown out the window at some point during the skinning phase... Despite banner 2 there saying "version one point oh" it would actually have been somewhere between versions 5.0 and 6.0...
