Everyone needs friends, even a quiet guy like Neji. Yes, he has family, but that does replace his friends. He prefers people who aren't hyperactive, and who can have an intelligent conversation, or simply sit together and not have an awkward silence. Comfortable silences are fine.

Enemies are common. Considering his outlook on intelligence, Neji could easily form enemies through simple pointing out people flaws. But, he's not exactly the kind of guy to get upset over things easily, unless you mess with his family. Then, he is very protective.

Neji&Sasuke My guess is that these two would have met when they were younger, around middle school. Maybe their parents are friends with each other so it sort of forced them to hang out till they just learned to get used to one another?

Maybe they're friends from middle school, who still hand out at lunch because Lee's a bit dorky and Neji isn't overly out-going? I dunno. Either way, Lee wants to beat him, somehow, some way. ;P

I think despite the fact that Hinote is one year younger than Neji they'd get along soooooooo well. I think the only difference between the two is Hinote is sociable, but other than that she loves challenging herself with debate and puzzles. She's realllly smart and mature for her age and even gets a little frustraded when people don't get things that she already understands and tries to explain to them. But, I think if these two spend enough time together they'd be likely to develop feelings for each other. As for thread ideas, they could study together cause they both value school. And well Hino has a motorcycle and that's just awesome xD
